Form Traveler

Form traveller is the main equipment in balanced cantilever construction, according to the structure can be divided into truss type (including diamond, triangle, etc.), steel type and mixed type.
Form traveller has the advantages of simple structure, stress clear, easy disassembling anchoring forces and completely do not take up the road, do not need to interrupt the road traffic, construction personnel operating space is big etc.

Its main components include main frame, walking and anchoring device, bottom mould frame, side mould frame, inner mould frame, front lifting device and rear lifting device etc.
Main frame
The main frame is the main load-bearing portion of the form traveller, consisting of two pieces (the most common, three or more pieces of special engineering) and the plane joint. The members of truss are welded by section steel, which is convenient for installation and transportation. The joints are bolted and pin connected.
Suspension system
The suspension system includes several parts, such as the front hanging system of the bottom mould, the rear hanging system of the bottom mould, the hanging system of the side mould, and the system of the inner mould.
Bottom mould platform
The bottom mould platform in the design of form traveller is composed of front and rear cross beam, bottom mould longitudinal beam and bottom mould etc. The connection between each member is bolted and the individual parts are welded.
Side mould system
The form traveller side mould system consists of the mould panel system, the mould truss system and the side mould slide system.
Inner mould system
The inner mould system is composed of inner mould longitudinal slide, inner mould connecting beam, inner mould top adjustable panel, inner mould side board and so on.
Walking and anchoring device
The walking system consists of three parts: the rear support of main girder, the front support and the walking beam.
The anchoring system of the form traveller walking has two parts: the anchor reversing device of main frame, and the anchorage system of the slide rear suspension.
The anchor reversing device: used the anti-buckle device of the hanging wheel to provide reliable rear anchorage force for the form traveller on the walking track.
The anchorage system of the slide rear suspension: used to anchor the slide rear suspension, and provide the load of bottom mould and side mould during the process of form traveller.
