As a mordern urban rail transit, normally, U beam used for the viaduct bridge. Our designed and produced full span precast U beam formwork and tension steel boxes used for Lahore, Pakistan LRT project.
Through technical communication with customers, finally confirm to adopt prestress pretensioning method for the concrete construction process.
Full span precast U beam formwork consists of:
side mould, inner mould, bottom mould, support screw, span top, working platform, vibrator, ladder, block plate and so on.
Full span precast U beam formwork has the advantages of:
light weight, good noise reduction, low building height, high space utilization, and good appearance, etc.
